Rules & Common Sense of Contact

  • I prefer comments and E-Mail. I use Tumblr as more of an aggregate and traffic-driver — it’s rare for me to do anything besides post on it.
  • No cycle-specific/hormone-specific advice. Not only am I not a doctor, but you haven’t been reading the right blog if you think I’d actually answer such. Do your own research, bloodwork, trial and error.
  • Privacy — and keep it that way. In short, I’m an anonymous correspondent, and you an anonymous reader. Protect the both of our privacy, and use common sense. Comments not demonstrating such will be deleted. Depending on the severity, you mat get a response as to why. E-mails will be ignored.
  • No spam. If you feel like I’ve overlooked a genuinely good question/concern, wait 48hrs before re-sending. If it did pique my interest, I probably got busy/forgot.
  • Article ideas beyond welcome. Ask yourself, “How beneficial would this topic be for the community?” and if the answer is even “only slightly”, I might just be interested in pursuing.
  • Ask yourself, “Is this even a valid concern?” Are you just “whataboutism’n”? Are you coming up with non-issues? If it’s not worth the time of reality, why would it be worth mine and others?
  • And lastly — has this been answered/touched-on previously? Have you scanned the comments/responses of similar topics to make sure?
